The Getty launched Pacific Standard Time, an expansive exhibit surveying
Los Angeles art during the Post War Years. The exhibit ran in more than 30 museums
around the Southern California region from an entire year. Using Ice Cube to extol
the virtues of Charles and Ray Eames' Case Study Home #8 seems strange on paper.
But they have more in common than meets the eye.
